This is a long standing Sutherland Shire based practice servicing mainly business clients with a range of accounting, tax, audit and management advice. Clients’ needs range from BAS to quarterly reports with charitable and non-profit organisations for audit work.
Accounting fees were around $760K with financial planning revenue of approximately $42K for the 2011 year (excl GST).
Clients range in age and location; many long term with regular new client introductions as well.
The practice currently services a number of churches, colleges and mission agencies of varying denominations. A sharing of Christian beliefs, as well as significant experience in servicing these types of clientele, will be imperative for the purchaser to maintain key client relationships.
Current lease is for 2 years from November 2011, subject to option to extend.
The practitioner of the firm is retiring and is negotiable on the transition.
